MH 434 High Speed Low Pass Gallery: Aircraft Description: MH434 has to be one of the most famous Spitfires in the world. After a remarkable war time career with no less than three different air forces. After military service it had two owners, the second one Hamish Mahaddie provided the aircraft for the feature film Battle of Britain. After filming was complete MH 434 was sold to Sir Adrian Swire in 1968. Adrian Swire then contacted Ray Hanna and asked him to be the display pilot, which was to start off a long and glittering career between pilot and aeroplane. In 1983 the aircraft was purchased by Ray Hanna's "Old Flying Machine Company". He flew the aircraft till 2005, the year in which unfortunately he passed away,
